As Customer Service Supervisor for Municipal Utilities Water Division, I oversee the daily customer service activities and personnel.  I ensure water billing deadlines are maintained, water customer inquiries are handled in a timely manner, all data entries are completed accurately, and follow up work is completed as scheduled.
